Dancers, 2008, Hradec Králové

For the relatively extensive area of the historic Gajer Barracks complex in the center of Hradec Králové, the Municipality is gradually seeking new uses. Within this area, there is a secondary school, a music school, administrative buildings, shops, small businesses, and parking lots. In the entrance section, surrounded by mature trees adjacent to the Music School, a relaxation park zone for adults and children was intended to be created according to the brief. We proposed maintaining an open space character in this area, featuring only 3 colorful sculptures of dancers and several scattered chairs and loungers for visitors. The project also included addressing the entrance area in front of the Music School.
